Interpreting

In meetings held with Spanish-speaking clients, it is often the case that vital information is not clearly understood or delivered, leading to loss of effective communication.

We can offer consecutive interpreting that will allow those participating in a business meeting to fully understand each other. The procedure of consecutive interpreting requires the speaker to pause at intervals in which the interpreter rewords the message in the target language.

Language interpreting is a discipline different from translation and requires a linguist with good delivery, good diction, and the ability to quickly articulate the same word or sentence in a different language. To ensure accuracy and fluency, we require that the interpreter be briefed on the subject matter prior to the beginning of the assignment.

We can also make a call in Spanish on your behalf. You may wish to convey an accurate verbal message, or gain specific information.

Telephone interpreting can be used, for example, as an initial enquiry with a view to setting up a first meeting, to check export orders, to book meetings or make appointments, to find out information, or to interview someone.

All this can be handled by an interpreter according to your instructions.
